Folqs, a fast-growing D2C supplement brand, seeks a Head of Growth to own the performance growth engine. You will lead paid media across Meta and expand to Google/TikTok, while shaping creative strategy and driving data-driven decisions.

You are an operator who executes, tests, and scales, with deep experience in DTC and strong performance Marketing instincts. This fully remote role offers equity upside for exceptional performance.

Formación

• 4–6+ years creating performance creatives for D2C/eCommerce brands or eCommerce agencies.
• Proven Meta media buyer who has personally scaled campaigns (≥$50k/month).
• Strong on both creative strategy and performance marketing.
• Deep understanding of direct-response advertising and customer psychology.

Responsabilidades

• Own and scale paid media across Meta with expansion into Google/TikTok.
• Develop winning creative angles, hooks, messaging, and formats from data insights.
• Build a systematic testing pipeline for rapid creative wins.
• Analyze the full funnel from ads to landing page and optimize CAC/ROAS.
• Manage creative production with UGC creators, editors, and designers.
