Job summary

HoopStars is a Toronto-based youth basketball business seeking a hands-on General Manager whose strongest skills are marketing, ecommerce and profitable growth, and who can take responsibility for the whole business.

You will divide your time approximately equally between running HoopStars and building and managing the parent company Community Sports Partners' marketing team across its brands, with remote LATAM work and Toronto working hours, and potential future relocation to the US or Canada

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital marketing across paid channels.
• Commercial responsibility beyond a marketing budget (pricing, margins, staffing).
• Experience hiring and managing marketers or agencies.
• Excellent English and remote leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own HoopStars' business plan, budget, revenue, profitability and cash forecasts.
• Drive digital growth through paid search, social, creative, and enrollment funnels.
• Build and lead the parent marketing team across brands.
• Allocate marketing investment with reliable reporting and testing.
• Monitor campaigns, diagnose funnel issues, and implement improvements.
