Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring a Deployment Strategist to work with forward‑deployed engineers and GTM teams on deploying ElevenAgents for enterprise clients. You will translate customer workflows into actionable product requirements, structure commercial terms, and drive deals to closure.

Remote‑first role, requiring travel to customer sites as needed, with fluency in English and Spanish. Expect to engage across technical and executive levels and to influence roadmap through field insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct: comfortable with deal conversations and pricing.
• Basic proficiency in Python and API integration, enough to prototype and communicate with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills; able to simplify complex ideas.

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end‑to‑end—from use case to terms and close.
• Embed with strategic customers and deliver outcomes as part of their team.
• Identify high‑impact use cases and collaborate with engineers to realize them.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents and AI systems.
• Collaborate with Research to feed field insights back into the platform.
• Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents to customers.
• Work daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to achieve production readiness.
