Job summary

FullStack, an AI-native engineering partner, seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams and architect AI systems in real environments. You will work across consulting, operations, and engineering, validating business cases with executives and delivering scoped AI solutions that integrate into client workflows.

You’ll craft end‑to‑end architectures, define guardrails, and drive hands‑on delivery for regulated industries with Fortune 500 clients, leveraging your strong CI/CD

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack (TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Java, C#/.NET, or Go).
• 1 - 4 years of professional experience building and shipping LLM-powered and agentic AI systems beyond prototypes or demos.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure the process and the spec. Map current state, decisions, and exceptions for automation.
• Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems with orchestration, context, and tool integration.
• Build working systems: agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling, and integration layers.
• Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD, environments, and release processes.
• Consult. Present decisions to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and leadership; quantify impact.
