Job summary

ElevenLabs in Chile is seeking a Deployment Strategist to work remotely with a global team. You will partner with Forward Deployed Engineers, Go-to-Market professionals, and Product Engineers to deploy ElevenAgents for strategic customers, translating problems into workable AI-driven solutions.

You’ll lead end-to-end deals, prototype solutions, and guide customers on production-ready implementations, traveling as needed to onsite customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with customers in a technical capacity; enterprise experience preferred.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct; comfortable with deal conversations and structuring value propositions.
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration to prototype and communicate with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Meet strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points in customer-facing and operational workflows.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end—from use case to commercial terms and close.
• Embed with strategic customers; spend time onsite and own delivery outcomes as part of their team.
• Identify high-impact use cases through customer problems and workflows with engineers.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products (e.g. ElevenAgents) and maximize adoption.
• Scope new industries and expand AI solutions globally.
• Present results and proposals to technical teams and executives.
• Collaborate with Research to feed field insights into the platform and roadmap.
• Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents and AI technology.
• Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to reach production.
