Job summary

Meadow Memorials is hiring a remote Family Case Manager to guide families through the full service lifecycle from contract to the safe return of loved ones’ ashes. You’ll own about 100 concurrent cases and coordinate with internal teams to manage transportation, documentation, and scheduling with empathy and precision.

The role requires exceptional organization, client-focused problem-solving, and comfort navigating multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years owning a caseload end-to-end (caseload management, patient or client coordination, claims handling, or similar).
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Exceptional capacity for high volume: manage 100+ cases simultaneously with meticulous record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume book of business from start to final resolution.
• Act as the dedicated contact, handling calls and texts with empathy and professionalism.
• Guide families through each step, building trust and an exceptional client experience.
• Own key milestones—transportation, documentation, scheduling, and ashes return—in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain meticulous documentation across all systems and ensure timely handoffs.
• Navigate HubSpot, Aircall, Slack, GSuite, and internal systems to triage work and solve problems.
• Collaborate with teammates to cover shifts and handle escalations during peak periods.
