Meadow is hiring Family Case Managers to compassionately guide families through our full service lifecycle—from contract signature to the safe return of their loved one's ashes.

This highly accountable role manages a high-volume caseload (~100 concurrent cases), coordinating with internal teams to handle transportation, documentation, cremation scheduling, and ashes return. You’ll be the primary contact, ensuring a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years owning a caseload or book of accounts end-to-end.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage 100+ cases simultaneously with meticulous record-keeping.
• Clear, calm communicator who handles phone/text communications.
• Highly accountable and proactive with a client-focused mindset.
• Tech-savvy and organized across multiple systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage a high-volume book of business from contract signature through final resolution.
• Act as the dedicated point of contact handling inbound/outbound calls and texts.
• Guide families through each step to build trust and exceptional client experience.
• Own milestones: transportation, documentation, cremation scheduling, ashes return.
• Maintain meticulous documentation across all systems.
• Navigate HubSpot, Aircall, Slack, GSuite, and internal case management tools.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure continuity of care during high volumes.
• Ensure smooth handoffs and anticipate downstream impacts.
