Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a client to hire a Director of B2B Marketing based in Chile for a fully remote role. You will lead strategic marketing initiatives for a portfolio of B2B clients, aligning campaigns with business objectives and driving demand across paid and organic channels.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets, present insights to senior stakeholders, and help scale campaigns from discovery to revenue, while fostering a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including significant agency experience.
• Ability to develop and manage integrated, multi-channel strategies across paid and organic channels.
• Strong knowledge of paid advertising, including search, social, display, and retargeting.
• Solid understanding of B2B buyer journeys, demand generation, lead generation, and marketing funnels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior strategic marketing partner for a portfolio of B2B clients, providing direction and counsel.
• Develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and growth priorities.
• Translate business goals into actionable channel strategies, campaigns, KPIs and measurement frameworks.
