Job summary

JOBGETHER is seeking a Founders Associate based in Chile to work directly with the founder and drive strategic initiatives across sales, operations, marketing, and business development. You will own high-impact projects, streamline processes, and help teams collaborate effectively as the company scales.

You will operate with significant autonomy from day one, tackle diverse challenges, and contribute to the business's growth in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Take independent ownership of key projects across multiple business functions.
• Build, optimize, and document internal processes to support scalable growth.
• Coordinate activities between teams to ensure projects stay on track.
• Research new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to inform strategy.
• Identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions to improve efficiency.
• Support customer relationships, sales initiatives, and other critical activities.
