SANY Chile is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team in Santiago, Chile, supporting a strategic talent acquisition initiative. You will manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding and coordinate with hiring managers to fill roles across functions.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, with 3+ years in recruitment, strong sourcing/interviewing skills, payroll coordination experience, and knowledge of Chilean labor law.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop candidate sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals.
• Screen candidates, interview, assess, and present shortlisted profiles to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage candidate pipelines and timely follow-ups throughout recruitment.
• Coordinate offers, documentation, and onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain recruitment records and prepare headcount and KPI reports.
• Support monthly payroll processes and coordination with payroll providers.
• Ensure compliance with Chilean labor legislation.
• Handle employee and candidate information with confidentiality and professionalism.

SANY Chile, a global leader in heavy machinery with more than 30 years of experience across the construction, mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors, is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team and support a strategic talent acquisition initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute effective candidate sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and present shortlisted profiles to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and selection processes with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up throughout each recruitment process.
• Coordinate job offers, documentation, and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare headcount and recruitment KPI reports.
• Support and coordinate the monthly payroll process, including attendance, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and personnel changes.
• Coordinate with external payroll providers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Chilean labor legislation related to employment and payroll.
• Handle employee and candidate information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across different positions and levels.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting or coordinating payroll processes.
• Knowledge of Chilean labor legislation and payroll processes.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with HR systems/ATS is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Availability to work on-site in Santiago, Chile.
