Telepatia is seeking a senior Public Sector sales leader to own revenue targets across Chile’s hospitals, health services, and government healthcare institutions. You will drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to contracting, focusing on tendered opportunities and deployments.

You will collaborate with pre-sales, legal, implementation, and customer experience teams to win deals, build strategic partnerships, and expand Telepatia’s presence in the public healthcare ecosystem.

Formación

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales or related revenue roles.
• Hunter profile—outbound prospecting and strong follow-up.
• Fluent Spanish; English for internal collaboration.
• Experience selling to Chilean public sector preferred.
• Strong closing and negotiation with end-to-end ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Own Chile’s Public Sector revenue target from prospecting to close.
• Build relationships with hospitals, health services, and government bodies.
• Develop and execute the Public Sector commercial strategy.
• Maintain pipeline discipline, forecasting, tender tracking, and deals.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, legal, implementation, and CX teams to win deals.
• Navigate public procurement and translate requirements into opportunities.
• Develop strategic partnerships to expand Telepatia in Chile's public healthcare ecosystem.
