Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, Veterinary to own paid media for veterinary clients—groups and multi-clinic practices. You will set targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narratives when clients ask why.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding, testing, and conversions; implement robust analytics via GA4 and Tag Manager; craft 90-day plans and quarterly roadmaps, and lead client relationships for retention

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for veterinary or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

About The Role

As PPC Manager, Veterinary you own paid media for a book of veterinary clients (veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
