We are seeking a product manager to shape the architecture and API surfaces internal clients rely on, from hosted pages to direct APIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, preferably in platform, API, or infrastructure roles serving internal teams or developers.
• Working knowledge of payments: pay-ins/payouts, PSPs, acquirers, bank rails, and money flows.
• Strong technical fluency; read RFCs, challenge architecture, write respected API specs.
• Experience shipping developer-facing APIs, SDKs, or embeddable UI.
• Clear, structured writing for product, compliance and business stakeholders.
• Skill at aligning multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
• Comfort using data to set goals and measure platform adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the Payward payments platform.
• Map requirements across internal clients to evolve platform capabilities.
• Partner with engineering to convert vision into a sequenced, high-impact roadmap.
• Prioritize competing client needs with clear trade-offs.
• Shape the client experience end to end from first convo to go-live.
• Collaborate with banking and partnerships to build universal integrations.
• Incorporate compliance and risk requirements early in roadmaps.
• Set and track platform success metrics like time to go-live and rail share.
