Kraken is building an enterprise AI platform and seeks an engineer to design and operate the technical layer, integrating with SaaS APIs and governance tooling. You will contribute to internal tooling and model evaluation, ensuring safe, scalable deployment across teams.

Formación

• Enterprise SaaS admin experience for 1,000+ seats, preferably with an AI/LLM platform.
• Ability to build and ship software, not only configure vendor products; Python is natural.
• Experience integrating with LLM and SaaS APIs and tooling patterns like MCP.
• Knowledge of identity: Okta, OAuth, SCIM, SSO, and federated identity.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build the technical layer of the AI platform, from integration surface to production runbook.
• Own the governed integration gateway including connector onboarding and authentication flows.
• Develop internal tooling that extends the platform with reusable assets and evaluation harnesses.
• Configure tiered spend controls, alerts, and monthly vendor reconciliation.
• Implement data handling, retention, and model eligibility policy controls (SSO/SCIM, workspace config).
• Collaborate with teams to unblock workflows and provide engineering enablement through office hours.
