Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. The role is based in Pargua, Chile, and follows a hybrid model with three days onsite and two days remote per week.

You will work with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Digital Transformation to improve manufacturing performance on the plant floor. You’ll monitor KPIs, identify constraints, and lead optimization initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and efficiency,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing or plant operating environments.
• Experience in process optimization and performance analysis.
• Strong problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze and report KPI across safety, quality and OEE.
• Identify production constraints and implement lasting improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality and Engineering to boost plant performance.
• Lead process optimization initiatives to improve productivity and cost competitiveness.
• Design and evaluate plant trials and technology projects.
• Develop operational analyses and dashboards.
