Ferrero International S.A. seeks a Plant Performance & Projects Lead for Ferrero Hazelnut Chile to drive plant performance by leading the Operational Excellence program and Smart Factory initiatives.

You will collaborate with Plant Managers to oversee cross-functional projects, support budget planning, and promote collaboration across departments to ensure effective execution of priorities. You will hold an Engineering degree with proven experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing,

Formación

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing and project management in industrial environments.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English; strong communication across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a change agent to drive rollout of Operational Excellence and Lean culture.
• Define and execute Operational Excellence initiatives and training plans with plant stakeholders.
• Coach teams on methodologies through train-the-trainer approach to build capability.
• Monitor, consolidate, and report progress on Operational Excellence initiatives.
