Ferrero Chile is seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead to drive operational excellence and smart factory initiatives across the Hazelnut Company Chile. You will work closely with Plant Managers to promote continuous improvement, manage cross-functional projects, and support budgeting and tracking of priorities.

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and project management within industrial environments.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a change agent to roll out Ferrero Operational Excellence and Lean initiatives.
• Define and execute Operational Excellence initiatives and training plans across plant stakeholders.
• Coach teams through a train-the-trainer approach to build ownership and capability.
• Monitor and report progress on Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Lead Smart Factory deployments and ensure local execution.
• Track performance and align with strategic objectives.
• Support Plant Master Plan development and cross-department inputs.
• Coordinate monthly financial closure and plant budget planning.
