Job summary

IFF is seeking a hands-on engineer to turn data and manufacturing expertise into actionable plant-floor improvements. You will work with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Digital Transformation to enhance performance and process stability.

Based in Pargua with a hybrid schedule (three days onsite, two days remote), you’ll link analytics with practical actions on the plant floor to drive sustained gains in throughput and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and plant operations.
• Strong problem-solving and data-analysis capabilities.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze KPIs across safety, quality, OEE, yield, throughput and downtime.
• Identify constraints and process deviations and drive improvements with plant teams.
• Lead process optimization initiatives to boost productivity, efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering and Digital Transformation to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Design and evaluate plant trials, process improvements and capital projects.
• Develop performance dashboards and business cases to promote standardization and continuous improvement.
