Sovos is seeking an HR Advisor for Spanish-speaking Latin America to partner with managers and employees, delivering programs that enhance the employee experience and engagement. You’ll ensure HR practices stay compliant and people-first, while shaping culture across the region.

You’ll collaborate with a distributed workforce, apply knowledge of Latin American labor law, and champion a proactive, people-centric HR approach using AI-enabled workflows and HR technology.

The Role

We're looking for an HR Advisor for Spanish-speaking Latin America who will partner closely with managers and employees to deliver programs and support that make Sovos a great place to work. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping shape employee experience, drive engagement initiatives, and ensure our HR practices are both compliant and people-first.

What You Bring to Sovos

• You've built solid HR experience in a partnering or advisory capacity, ideally supporting a regional or distributed workforce.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically across cultures and levels of the organization.
• Strong understanding of employment law in Latin America, with the ability to apply compliance knowledge practically and consistently.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, build trusted relationships with managers and employees, and drive programs from concept to completion.
• A proactive, people-first mindset with a track record of supporting employee engagement, resolving employee relations issues, and championing a positive workplace culture.
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and HR technology platforms to improve service delivery and insights.
