Sovos in Chile is seeking an HR Advisor for Spanish-speaking Latin America. You will partner with managers and employees to deliver programs that enhance engagement, employee experience and ensure HR practices are compliant and people-first.

This role focuses on regional scope across LATAM and requires fluency in Spanish and English. You will roll out HR programs, advise on culture and payroll questions, conduct interviews, stay informed on local employment law, and collaborate with HR

Formación

• Solid HR experience in a partnering/advisory role, ideally regional or distributed workforce.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with clear, empathetic communication across cultures and levels.
• Strong knowledge of Latin American employment law and practical compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build trusted relationships with managers and employees.

The Role

At Sovos, we're building a workplace where our people can thrive. We're looking for an HR Advisor for Spanish-speaking Latin America who will partner closely with managers and employees to deliver programs and support that make Sovos a great place to work. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping shape employee experience, drive engagement initiatives, and ensure our HR practices are both compliant and people-first.

More specifically, you will:

• Partner with managers to identify and implement initiatives that support employee engagement and strengthen team culture across your region.
• Lead the rollout of HR programs including wellness, community investment, engagement events, internships, and rotation programs.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on culture, benefits, payroll, and HR policies, consulting on employee relations matters and helping resolve issues fairly and consistently.
• Conduct entrance and exit interviews to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and act as a change champion for new policies and cultural initiatives.
• Maintain strong knowledge of local employment law, administer leave of absence processes, and ensure HR practices remain compliant across the region.
• Collaborate closely with HR colleagues across Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Business Partnering to align on key priorities and support recruitment and internal promotion processes.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance employee communications, streamline HR workflows, and identify engagement patterns across your employee base.

What You Bring to Sovos

• You've built solid HR experience in a partnering or advisory capacity, ideally supporting a regional or distributed workforce.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically across cultures and levels of the organization.
• Strong understanding of employment law in Latin America, with the ability to apply compliance knowledge practically and consistently.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, build trusted relationships with managers and employees, and drive programs from concept to completion.
• A proactive, people-first mindset with a track record of supporting employee engagement, resolving employee relations issues, and championing a positive workplace culture.
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and HR technology platforms to improve service delivery and insights.
