Fluor Constructors in Santiago, Chile, is seeking an experienced Project Controls Leader to manage a small team and oversee cost and schedule controls on complex projects. The role requires a four-year degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, with potential international travel.

You will lead development of WBS, EPC schedules, and cost reports, driving recovery plans for schedule or cost variances. Strong communication and regulatory knowledge are essential to succeed in this multinational

Responsabilidades

• Develop Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work defined by the contract.
• Develop totally integrated engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) schedules or cost control programs.
• Recommend solutions or recovery plans to schedule or cost impact or delays.
• Lead Scheduler to analyze schedules, review delays, propose recovery alternatives, and present to internal groups and clients.
• Lead Cost Specialist to maintain the cost system and provide required reports.
• Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan and communicate the reasons and mitigation plans to Project Management.
• Other duties as assigned.
