Tractebel seeks an Electrical Lead for a Data Center project in Santiago (On-Site). You will supervise electrical installations, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to technical standards while coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a track record of leading electrical construction on large-scale projects, with Data Center experience preferred. Strong English and Spanish communication skills and on-site work capability are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years in electrical engineering/construction on large-scale projects, with 3–5 years in Data Center or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience leading electrical teams and coordinating with contractors.
• Familiar with BIM and CAD; LEED AP, PMP or equivalent certifications are a plus.
• Fluent communication in Spanish and English; willingness to work on-site in construction environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership to project management and construction teams on electrical matters.
• Lead and supervise electrical construction and installation activities on site.
• Coordinate electrical installations with other MEP disciplines and project specialties.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with drawings and specs.
• Review and resolve technical interfaces, clashes, and construction issues.
• Monitor compliance with inspection, testing and quality control for electrical installations.
• Participate in client and stakeholder meetings.
• Support planning, sequencing and coordination of electrical construction activities.
• Ensure Health & Safety requirements and project standards are met.
