You’ll lead client conversations with confidence, optimize campaigns for ROAS, and drive long-term partnerships with multifamily owners and managers. You will work remotely with clients across the USA, Canada, Latin America or South Africa, leveraging your hands-on Google Ads and Meta

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients during live calls.
• Experience with multifamily or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and articulate the numbers behind decisions.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.
