Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, campaigns built and optimized by you.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement with client walkthroughs.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently; clear English for US calls.

Responsabilités

• Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Own the 90-day and quarterly client roadmap; explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
