• Significant General Management experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong commercial and sales leadership background with a proven track record of business growth.
• Extensive experience within the Chilean construction, engineering, industrial, or related sectors.
• Solid understanding of financial management, operational excellence, and organizational development.
• Demonstrated success leading business transformation and high-performing teams.
• Experience working within multinational organizations and matrix environments.
• Well-established network within the Chilean construction industry and key stakeholder community.
• Essential Leadership Competences including self-management, strong communication and trust building.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the overall business performance of Doka Chile, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.
• Develop and execute the country’s strategic plan in alignment with regional and global business objectives.
• Allocate resources and shape the organization to create sustainable value while protecting people, inventory, and working capital.
• Expand market share across formwork, scaffolding, solutions, and services with effective commercial strategies.
• Drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and business development initiatives across key market segments.
• Maintain full responsibility for the country’s P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Coach and develop a high-performing leadership team and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers, contractors, developers, authorities, and industry stakeholders.
• Champion Doka’s values and QHSE excellence while leading organizational transformation.
