• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Significant General Management experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong commercial and sales leadership background with a proven track record of business growth.
• Extensive experience within the Chilean construction, engineering, industrial, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of financial management, operational excellence, and organizational development.

• Lead the overall business performance of Doka Chile, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.
• Develop and execute the country's strategic plan in alignment with regional and global objectives.
• Make disciplined choices on where to compete and how to allocate resources to create value.
• Expand market share across formwork, scaffolding, solutions, and services.
• Drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and business development initiatives across key market segments.
• Maintain full responsibility for the country's P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
