Doka Chile is seeking a dynamic Managing Director to drive strategic and operational development with full P&L responsibility. You will lead a high-performing team, strengthen customer relationships, and shape the market presence of Doka in Chile.

Reporting to regional leadership, you will craft growth strategies, optimize resources, and transform operations to deliver sustained profitability while upholding QHSE excellence and our leadership principles.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management or related field.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Significant General Management experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong commercial and sales leadership background with proven business growth.
• Extensive experience within the Chilean construction, engineering, industrial, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of financial management, operational excellence, and organizational development.
• Demonstrated success leading business transformation and high-performing teams.
• Experience working within multinational organizations and matrix environments.
• Well-established network within the Chilean construction industry and key stakeholder community.
• Essential leadership competences including self-management, strong communication and trust building.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the overall business performance of Doka Chile, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.
• Develop and execute the country's strategic plan in alignment with regional and global objectives.
• Make disciplined choices on where to compete and how to allocate resources to create sustainable value.
• Expand market share across formwork, scaffolding, solutions, and services with strong commercial and operational strategies.
• Drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and business development initiatives across key market segments.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Optimize organizational structures, processes, and resources for efficiency.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team and a culture of accountability.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers, contractors, developers, authorities, and stakeholders.
• Champion Doka's values, leadership culture, and QHSE excellence.
• Lead transformation and initiatives that support long-term growth and innovation.
