J.P. Morgan in Chile is seeking a Middle Office professional to support KYC onboarding and ongoing client maintenance for Peru and Chile markets. You will coordinate with Global Corporate Bank, Market Sales and product partners to ensure regulatory compliance and a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or engineering.
• KYC policies/AML or related experience.
• Ability and drive to take full ownership of processes.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for bankers of the Global Corporate Bank (GCB), Market Sales and the Investment Bank (IB) as well as product partners such as Payment Sales Managers regarding all matters related to the KYC program, for Peruvian and Chilean markets.
• Coordination and end-to-end management of new client onboardings in partnership with the Wholesale KYC Operations (WKO) support team
• Client outreach to collect documents, when required.
• Participate in policy initiatives and process improvements.
• Coordinate and prepare for due diligence process related to specific transactions or internal regulatory committees.
• Facilitation of operational client and business queries.
• Oversight of client coverage and strategic planning of client lists.
• Provide transparency on overall process and progress.
• Collaborate with business and support functions to spread and leverage best practices.
