Job summary

Responsibilities

• Translate regional leadership decisions into actionable plans with clear owners, milestones, and timelines.
• Drive regional strategic initiatives, monitor progress, and ensure follow‑through on executive commitments.
• Identify risks, delivery gaps, and cross‑functional bottlenecks, coordinating solutions and escalating issues early.
• Prepare executive analyses, briefing materials, and recommendations to support prioritisation and decision‑making.
• Align objectives, responsibilities, and resources across countries, functions, and business units.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, and strategic project steering committees.
• Track KPIs, OKRs, decisions, and action items, giving regional leadership clear visibility of performance and next steps.
• Lead or coordinate cross‑functional projects involving performance improvement, digital transformation, organisational change, operating models, or new‑market entry.
