Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration or sales support.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Experience supporting a sales team or in a commercial environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the LATAM Sales team.
• Assist with the preparation, processing and maintenance of sales documentation, quotations and customer records.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information in relevant systems.
• Assist with sales pipeline administration, reporting and tracking of opportunities.
• Coordinate sales activities and follow up on outstanding actions to ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with onboarding and other administrative activities throughout the sales cycle.
