Acquire is seeking a Sales Administrator for LATAM based in Chile to support the LATAM Sales team with day-to-day administration, documentation, CRM maintenance and pipeline tracking. You will help prepare quotations, onboarding, customer records and reports while ensuring timely, accurate information across systems.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide day-to-day sales administration support to the LATAM Sales team.
  • Assist with preparation, processing and maintenance of sales documentation, quotations and records.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information in systems.
  • Assist with sales pipeline administration, reporting and tracking of opportunities.
  • Coordinate sales activities and follow-up to meet deadlines.
  • Support preparation of presentations and sales materials.
  • Assist with customer onboarding and other admin activities in the sales cycle.
  • Respond to inquiries and escalate as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, demos and other customer-facing activities.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives across Sales and wider business.

Based in Chile, you’ll provide day-to-day sales administration and customer support, working closely with the LATAM Sales team, customers and internal stakeholders to keep opportunities moving and ensure our customers receive a high level of service.

What you’ll do

As a Sales Administrator – LATAM, you will:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the LATAM Sales team.

  • Assist with the preparation, processing and maintenance of sales documentation, quotations, proposals and customer records.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information in relevant systems.

  • Assist with sales pipeline administration, reporting and tracking of opportunities.

  • Coordinate sales activities and follow up on outstanding actions to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports and other sales materials.

  • Assist with customer onboarding and other administrative activities throughout the sales cycle.

  • Monitor and respond to customer and internal enquiries, escalating matters where appropriate.

  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, demonstrations and other customer-facing activities.

  • Support the Sales team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as required.

  • Provide a professional, responsive and customer-focused experience to customers across the LATAM region.

  • Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Communicate information clearly, accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Understand customer requirements and ensure requests are appropriately followed through.

  • Identify opportunities to improve sales administration processes and efficiency.

  • Follow established procedures while using initiative to resolve issues and keep activities moving.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure important details are not overlooked.

  • Support the implementation of new systems, processes and ways of working.

  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives across the Sales and wider business.

  • Demonstrate and promote Acquire's culture and values.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for an organised, customer-focused professional who is motivated to build their career in a commercial environment and enjoys working in a dynamic, international business.

You’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in sales administration, sales support, customer service, office administration or a similar role.

  • Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar business applications.

  • Experience supporting a sales team or working within a commercial environment will be highly regarded.

  • Experience working with customers across LATAM or within an international business environment is desirable.

  • Fluency in English at professional level is required for this role.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
