Bosch Chile is seeking a Regional Financial Controlling Specialist for Industrial Boilers to act as a strategic business partner across LATAM. You will ensure financial transparency, profitability, and governance in collaboration with regional management and local entities.

This is an individual contributor role with regional exposure across Finance, Sales, Service, Project Management, Operations and Supply Chain, reporting to the Regional Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, capital equipment or project-driven businesses.
• Multinational or regional experience with cross-country stakeholders.
• Experience with corporate processes, guidelines, internal controls, governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the annual Business Plan, Budget, Forecast and monthly performance review across the region.
• Monitor and analyze sales, gross margin, EBIT, cash flow, working capital and overall business performance.
• Prepare executive management reports and business performance presentations.
• Prepare and present financial results to regional and global stakeholders, including teams in Germany.
