Bosch Chile is seeking an Industrial Sales Manager to drive growth in the Industrial Boilers business within the VP division. You will lead strategic commercial planning, develop key customer relationships and manage complex technical-commercial proposals.

The role requires deep industrial boiler knowledge, strong leadership, and robust English communication for interactions with international senior management. Occasional travel within Chile is expected.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement the strategic commercial plan for the Industrial Boilers business in Chile.
• Identify priority markets, segments and high-potential customers.
• Develop new business opportunities across key industrial sectors.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, customer needs and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and execute strategies for the introduction of new products, services and solutions.
• Translate market and field insights into commercial priorities and long-term business strategies.
• Manage the full sales cycle for complex, high-value industrial solutions, from prospecting to closing and after-sales support.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and potential industrial customers.
• Engage with C-Level executives and operations teams; expand portfolio with strategic customers.
• Lead development of complex technical-commercial proposals ensuring profitability and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Projects and Technical Service teams to ensure successful implementation of customer solutions.
• Monitor projects, ensure timelines, budget adherence and customer satisfaction.
