Bosch Chile seeks an Industrial Sales Manager to drive growth for our Industrial Boilers portfolio, combining strategic commercial planning with deep technical understanding. You will manage the full sales cycle, build long-term customer relationships, and lead a team across engineering and sales to deliver profitable, high-value solutions.

Formación

• Engineering degree in a related field.
• 5–10 years in business development or sales leadership in industrial sectors.
• Strong network with Chilean industrial customers (mining, energy, manufacturing).
• Experience selling complex technical solutions and leading sales negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement the strategic commercial plan for the Industrial Boilers business in Chile.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and after-sales support.
• Lead development of complex technical-commercial proposals.
• Drive P&L, CRM usage, and market analysis to enable growth.
