Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Mid-level Presales Engineer to drive mission-critical presales projects across LATAM Military & Defence. You will analyze customer needs, craft technical designs, and present ecosystem solutions with sales and engineering teams.

You will lead cross-functional groups, manage proposal lifecycles, and ensure alignment with regional strategy while communicating in both English and Spanish. This role focuses on technical value delivery in a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of presales, technical engineering, or military signal communications experience.
• Bilingual capability in English and Spanish for complex technical presentations.

Responsibilities

• LATAM Presales Strategy & Execution across opportunities in Military & Defense.
• Lead cross-functional engineering groups to analyze requirements and architect solutions.
• Drive end-to-end proposal management, including RFIs/RFPs and bid packages.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Engineering, and operations to validate feasibility.
