Job summary

Orica is seeking a Specialist – Logistics to manage and optimize the LATAM logistics for the Orebody Intelligence unit, coordinating shipments, inventory, and regulatory compliance across LATAM and global offices.

You will lead process improvements, provide financial and operational insight, and uphold safety and governance standards while working with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in logistics engineering or management control with focus on logistics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations.
• Proficiency with logistics software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LATAM logistics operations and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
• Coordinate transportation by air, sea, and land across LATAM and global offices.
• Monitor inventory, stock orders, and supplier coordination.
• Prepare customs docs and liaise with brokers.
• Develop logistics strategies and KPI tracking.
• Provide financial and strategic support to operations.
