Job summary

Orica is seeking a Manager - Digital Solutions LATAM to lead the growth of our Grade Control portfolio across Latin America. The role oversees a regional team of geologists and specialists, guiding both technical strategy and commercial execution.

You will develop talent, strengthen Orica's digital Grade Control offerings, and engage with customers, conferences, and product teams to drive value and innovation. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree in Geology or related field.
• Experience leading technical teams in mining environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth and adoption of Orica's Grade Control portfolio across Latin America.
• Manage the OREPro pipeline from opportunity generation to deal closure.
• Develop strategic relationships with customers and key decision-makers to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• Lead presentations, workshops, and technical discussions with customers in the region.
• Collaborate with Product teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
