Job summary

GroundProbe is pursuing a Specialist – Logistics for the Latin America region within Orica. The role drives regional logistics, regulatory compliance, and business controlling to support operations and strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in logistics or control roles, with expertise in shipping, customs, ERP/TMS systems, and strong analytical and leadership abilities. A focus on safety and process improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Studies in Logistics Engineering or Management Control Engineering with a logistics specialization.
• Minimum 5 years in logistics, supply chain or controls analytics.
• Strong knowledge of international trade, customs and shipping regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate regional logistics to optimize the LATAM supply chain.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and handling of import/export processes.
• Act as Business Controller: monitor costs, KPIs and process controls.
• Lead process improvements to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
