Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Services Business Leader for LATAM to own the regional Services strategy, P&L, and delivery engine. You will collaborate with GEO leaders and cross functional teams to expand recurring revenue, deploy standard practices, and drive customer value across LATAM.

Reporting to LATAM leadership, you will oversee regional service operations and ensure safety, quality, and efficient execution while enabling one unified, high-performance organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in services, field service, aftermarket, or project businesses in electrical power.
• Demonstrated record of growing services revenue and margin.
• Latin America regional experience strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese is required; proficiency in all three languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated LATAM Services P&L and monthly business review, including orders, sales and margins.
• Expand lifecycle and recurring revenue through maintenance agreements, installed-base conversion, modernization and digital services.
• Lead safe, on-time and profitable delivery with a clear escalation path for customers.
• Lead regional services leaders and the delivery system across engineering, field service, and service centers.
• Define services estimating, solutioning and quotation standards; align pricing with stakeholders.
