Ebury Santiago is seeking a Junior People Operations Advisor to support daily HR operations on a global scale from our hybrid Santiago office. You will report to the People Operations Manager in Malaga and ensure compliant HR services while supporting mobility, documentation, and audits.

The role emphasizes responsiveness, organization, and proactive communication in English, with strong collaboration across teams and local authorities.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in Human Resources with advisory responsibilities or administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively in a cross-functional team.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations across the organization.
• Manage contracts and addendums in line with local laws and required documentation.
• Handle ticketing system requests, generate reports, and update employee information.
