SumUp is seeking a seasoned People Partner to support a fast-growing LatAm Sales team from our Santiago office. You will advise commercial leaders on performance, development and engagement while owning the full people cycle.

Your work will influence retention, talent development and leadership capability across a high-growth environment. You will partner with global and local People teams, drive change initiatives, and ensure a data-driven approach to attrition, engagement and performance

Formación

• 6+ years in HR business partnering, incl. 3+ years as senior People Partner in a commercial or sales-heavy environment.
• Track record of managing full performance cycles, engagement programmes and complex employee relations cases.

Responsabilidades

• Advise Sales leaders on performance management, talent development, conflict resolution and organisational health.
• Lead full People cycle processes for Sales, including performance reviews, salary calibrations and engagement surveys.
• Spot attrition risks and retention patterns early, turning people data into insights for senior leadership.
• Coach Sales leaders on feedback, difficult conversations and goal-setting to build leadership capability.
• Lead the people side of organisational change within Sales and support communication for transitions.
• Act as connection point between Sales and People Enablement functions, ensuring high service standards.
