Ebury Santiago Office is seeking a Junior People Operations Advisor to join our hybrid team. You’ll support day-to-day HR operations globally, reporting to the People Operations Manager in Malaga, with a mix of in-office and remote work.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in HR, strong English communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. You’ll engage in offers, contracts, mobility, and audits while growing within a global fintech culture.

• 1 year of HR experience with advisory responsibilities or administrative duties.
• Strong, proactive communicator with excellent English written and spoken skills.
• Highly organized, responsive, and deadline-driven in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and workloads.
• Shows initiative and works well in a team while influencing others.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliant services globally.
• Manage offers, contracts, addendums and ensure local compliance.
• Operate ticketing system, respond to requests, generate reports and update data.
• Report staffing issues to the Head of People Operations and escalate high-risk matters.
• Handle HR data changes, absences and global mobility in collaboration with partners.
• Conduct regular documentation audits to ensure compliance with local laws.
• Support background screening processes and assist audits by authorities.
