Job summary

Ebury Santiago Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to support the growth of our Money Flows platform with new products, features, and expanded access to corridors and currencies for SMEs and entrepreneurs.

You will shape the vision, strategy and execution for a domain, driving from ideation to delivery while collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders to optimize money movements globally.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of consulting experience in financial services or payments projects.
• 2+ years in Fintech or banking payments domain.
• 2+ years in product management for regulated fintech products.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive execution of a key product area within Money Flow.
• Align with the long-term product vision balancing feature development, technical debt, and experimentation.
• Present market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats within your product domain.
• Own the product backlog for your area and achieve defined success metrics.
• Translate regulatory changes or rulebooks to actual money flows.
• Engineering will be your key stakeholder and ensure timely, high-quality delivery through the full development cycle.
• Fluent in payment flows and schemes; understand SWIFT, SEPA, FPS APIs implementation.
• Regularly gather client feedback and translate needs into clear requirements for money moves.
