AECOM seeks an IT Service Delivery Support Specialist to join our Corporate IT team based in Santiago de Chile. The role ensures our customers’ needs are understood and acted upon, serving as a trusted partner to the business.

Responsibilities include supporting onsite PCs, remote field colleagues, managing onboarding/offboarding, asset tracking, software/hardware issues, and ensuring ITSM adherence, with opportunities to contribute to regional projects.

Qualifikationen

• HS + 10 years or equivalent experience or education.
• English and Spanish proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day IT Service Delivery support for the Santiago de Chile office.
• Support PCs onsite in the Chile office and colleagues in the field remotely.
• Track and document tickets, asset management, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Coordinate with the AMER IT Service Delivery Manager on regional issues and projects.
• Ensure current ITSM processes are followed and contribute to process improvements.
