Job summary

AECOM Corporation is seeking an IT Service Delivery Support Specialist to join our Corporate IT team in Santiago de Chile. You will ensure customers’ needs and expectations are understood, acting as a trusted partner to the business while delivering day-to-day IT services for the local office.

You will support onsite PCs, assist field colleagues remotely, and follow ITSM processes. This role offers hybrid work and growth within a Fortune 500 global infrastructure leader.

Qualifications

• HS + 10 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Responsibilities

• Support all the PCs onsite in the Chile office.
• Support other colleagues who will be working in the field remotely
• Take direction from the AMER IT Service Delivery Manager
• Provide day-to-day IT Service Delivery services for the Santiago de Chile office
• New Hire PC Demand Management (sub-item)
• New Hire Deployment and support (sub-item)
• PC Refresh (sub-item)
• Asset Retrieval for leavers (sub-item)
• Software Installs (sub-item)
• Hardware Break Fix issues (sub-item)
• Asset Returns/Disposals (sub-item)
• Ensure proper inventory management of assets within the office and update in ServiceNow
• Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of tickets.
• Report back on regional issues and challenges to the IT Service Delivery manager.
• Support ongoing and new IT projects.
• Ensure current ITSM processes are being followed.
• Track and optimize the Onboarding, Offboarding and PC Refresh processes.
• Document and communicate processes, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure knowledge articles, training and how-to documents are created.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within the region.

Education
