Acquire Technology Solutions in Santiago, Chile, seeks a Technology Advisor to design, implement, and support enterprise software solutions that solve complex business problems. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective implementations using Acquire’s software products.

You will report to the Project Services Lead and be based at our Santiago office. The role requires hands-on delivery, training, and occasional travel to meet client needs.

Formación

• 2–5 years in technical, consulting, or customer-facing roles.
• Formal qualification in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, or Business Analysis (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated enterprise software implementation, data-driven analysis, or business process experience.
• Experience delivering structured training, technical presentations, and end-user support.
• Exposure to relational databases (SQL Server) is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and independent troubleshooting ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to simplify technical concepts.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to varied schedules.
• English intermediate and Portuguese appreciated.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for technical support and resolve or escalate issues.
• Configure and implement technology solutions aligned with client workflows.
• Provide structured training and learning pathways (virtual and in-person).
• Manage implementation projects with deliverables and client sign-offs.
• Develop knowledge of Acquire's in-house software (e.g., GIM Suite).
• Contribute customer feedback and knowledge sharing for product improvement.
