Job summary

Drake International is seeking a strategic analytics leader to craft an enterprise-wide framework that identifies where growth exists across industries, functions, and service lines. You will own the ICP framework and translate insights into decisions that inform sales, marketing, and GTM strategy.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, present recommendations to senior leadership, and enable the CRO and CMO to align resources with data-driven priorities across regions and industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in market research, competitive intelligence, or strategy.
• Experience with multi-country client and revenue data.
• Ability to segment beyond industry to function/occupation and work with sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and build the enterprise ICP across industries and functions.
• Create a prioritized, data-driven industry list and a vertical playbook for delivery models.
• Provide recommendations that guide GTM motion, sales structure, and marketing investments.
