Qualifications

• Two years of experience in project management, business analysis, innovation, or related fields.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Agile methodologies.
• Analytical thinking and ability to structure information clearly.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent Spanish; intermediate to advanced English.
• Experience building business cases and ROI analysis; familiarity with dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of innovation initiatives (challenges, workshops, discovery sessions, bootcamps).
• Provide methodological support to project teams in innovation tools and templates.
• Track initiatives, milestones, owners, risks, progress, and outcomes.
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and executive materials.
• Assist in structuring opportunities via problem statements and hypotheses.
• Support execution and monitoring of innovation POCs, MVPs, and pilots.
• Scouting and mapping of innovation ecosystems (startups, universities, healthtech partners).
• Contribute to innovation culture through communications, storytelling, knowledge management, and engagement.
