McKinsey & Company seeks a product/PM leader to drive agentic PDLC delivery across client deployments. You will collaborate with development, client success, product, design, management, and client development teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions from prototype to scale.

You will build and configure full-stack, AI-enabled solutions that create value and capture learnings from real-world implementations, while guiding adoption and managing risks in a hybrid, travel-friendly role.

Formación

• Master’s degree required; an MBA is a plus.
• Professional experience in IT/consulting/software delivery/product management.
• Experience overseeing large-scale cloud/SaaS/AI-enabled products.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management.
• Ability to write/review production-grade code or background as Product Owner/Manager.
• Experience with AI/LLMs and impact on product UX.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workshops with clients and McKinsey teams to define requirements.
• Scope work, sequence delivery, manage dependencies and risks.
• Contribute to solution design, configuration, and hands-on coding when needed.
• Coordinate onboarding and enablement across teams; build reusable playbooks.
• Capture field feedback to evolve product and platform.
• Maintain clear communication and alignment across cross-functional teams.
