Drake International is seeking a strategic analytics leader to craft an enterprise-wide framework that identifies where growth exists across industries, functions, and service lines. You will own the ICP framework and translate insights into decisions that inform sales, marketing, and GTM strategy.
You will drive cross-functional collaboration, present recommendations to senior leadership, and enable the CRO and CMO to align resources with data-driven priorities across regions and industries.
Drake International is building something that most companies in our space haven't bothered to a rigorous, enterprise-wide picture of where our best growth actually comes from — and where we should stop guessing.
This is a new role. You'll own it from scratch.
We operate across countries, service lines, and industries. Permanent placement, contract staffing, flexible staffing, training and certification — Drake runs multiple delivery models, and the question of where to focus isn't simple. An industry is never one thing. Healthcare means nurses and HCAs and allied health professionals, not a monolith. Finance means certain functions, not all of them. The business opportunity lives at the intersection of industry and function — and that's precisely where this role works.
You'll build the analytical foundation that tells Drake which industries to bet on, which specific functions within them give us the right to win, and how our service lines map to each. That becomes the enterprise Ideal Client Profile — one framework, used by every service line, not a patchwork of service-line-specific versions. From there, your output feeds directly into how the CRO structures the sales team, how the enterprise GTM motion is designed, and where Marketing puts its weight.
Over the 12 months, you'll deliver five things that will be your legacy:
You have minimum 4-years in market research, competitive intelligence, or strategy — and you've spent meaningful time with messy, multi-country client and revenue data. You know how to segment beyond the industry level, down to the specific function or occupation within it, and you've worked with sales leadership before — not just handed them a report but been a real input into how they organize and sell.
You think in frameworks and then let go of them when the data says something different. You can walk into a room with the CMO and the CRO and present a recommendation, not a summary. You've managed people, or you're clearly ready to.
Most importantly: you don't wait for clarity. You create it.
